OIC submissions to the Administrative Decisions Tribunal
The Information Commissioner may appear in any proceedings before the ADT in relation to a review under the GIPA Act and has provided submissions in a number of matters currently being dealt with by the Tribunal. Those submissions provide a useful guide to the OIC's interpretation of the Act however publication of these submissions will be pending the determination of the ADT.
We have therefore withdrawn two sets of submissions previously published on our website. The OIC is currently consulting with the ADT in respect of this issue.
